I am a results-driven professional with over 8 years of progressive experience in Operations, Project Management, and Supply Chain across manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce sectors. I specialize in optimizing business operations, leading high-impact projects, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and team performance. I thrive in fast-paced environments where problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement are critical to success.

With over 5 years of leadership experience, I’ve successfully guided teams in achieving strategic goals, improving KPIs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. I earned my MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University (4.0 GPA), further strengthening my ability to drive organizational excellence and data-informed decision-making.

Outside of my professional career, I actively volunteer as the Church Development Program Director at Church of Christ Bangladesh, where I contribute to community-building initiatives and strategic planning. I also enjoy traveling and working as a part-time Sound Engineer, combining creativity with technical skills.
